The objectives of the ZBA (Zoning Board of Adjustment) are as follows:
– Supports and promotes the health, safety, and general welfare of its citizens
– Protects the value of homes and lands
– Encourages wise and efficient expenditure of public funds.
The ZBA meets annually on the 2nd Wednesday of the month after town meeting to choose the chairperson. Afterwards, meetings are held when requested by hearing applicant or chairperson or 3 members of the board. The Board meets in the Town Offices.

Any amendments to posted draft minutes will be noted in the minutes of the meeting that includes the vote to approve or amend them. Final approved and signed minutes may be viewed a the Town Clerk’s Office. Copies of the signed minutes are available upon request from the Town Clerk or Administrative Assistant.
